[Hiring] Principal Product Manager - Platform @Seeq

Role Description

The industrial sector generates more data than almost any other, and Seeq is on a mission to help customers use it all to make better decisions. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will:

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Seeq's customer-facing platform capabilities.
• Set outcome-based priorities & make tradeoffs that align with our business objectives.
• Communicate a compelling "why" behind every roadmap decision.
• Champion enterprise readiness by crafting roadmap plans that balance easy-to-configure controls with comprehensive guardrails.
• Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and tenant administrators to understand their governance, security, and operational requirements.
• Partner with design & engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and operationally sound platform capabilities.
• Raise the bar on platform quality, ensuring reliability, performance, and a positive admin experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, including delivering platform, infrastructure, or data products for enterprise teams.
• Experience with enterprise platform concerns: multi-tenancy, user & role management, data connectors & integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Demonstrated experience building & communicating outcome-based roadmaps.
• Fluency in using data to drive decisions: defining metrics, running experiments, analyzing usage, and course correcting based on evidence.
• AI literacy: practical experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
• Track record of operating successfully in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
• Strong strategic thinking: ability to connect customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, conferences, and team events.

• Experience in process manufacturing, industrial software, or data analytics is a plus.
