[Hiring] Principal Product Manager @BetterHelp

Role Description

As the Principal Product Manager, Clinical Documentation at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. You will take start-to-finish responsibility on some of our highest impact projects, including:

• Maintaining & enhancing existing clinical documentation & tooling features to aid ease of use of the platform & drive therapist productivity.
• Ensuring a high quality of care by improving & enhancing AI capabilities for clinical documentation, clinical quality & client outcomes.
• Working cross-functionally with other PMs to support marketplace engagement.
• Leading highly visible and critical initiatives that materially impact the trajectory of the company.
• Initiating, evaluating, and prioritizing ideas, gathering requirements, and creating specifications for all product changes.
• Analyzing and quantifying the impact and success of each product change, drawing conclusions and planning next steps based on actual data.
• Collaborating with development and design teams before, during, and after each "sprint" to maximize resources' efficiency, utilization, and happiness.
• Partnering with the design team to create a user experience that is both delightful and effective.
• Performing UAT and functional QA to ensure quality launches.
• Working cross-functionally with all parts of the company to convert insights into product improvements.
• Connecting with external stakeholders to ensure our product meets their needs and requirements.
• Participating in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization.
• Continually seeking ways to improve everything we do and optimize the value we bring to our stakeholders.
• Owning KPIs and being obsessed about them.
• In a nutshell: Ideate, execute, test, measure, analyze, learn, iterate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company.
• Proven success through measurable impact and increasing responsibilities.
• Experience launching generative AI powered features and products.
• Growth and experiments driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
• Basic SQL knowledge to navigate and utilize BI tools effectively.
• Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions.
• Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.
• Experience in quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality.
• Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, able to work independently.

Requirements

• Bonus: Fundamental coding skills, with experience in building an app.
• Experience with marketplace-based business models.
• Experience with data-driven personalization by segmentation.
• Good understanding of marketplace dynamics.
• Experience in both desktop and mobile environments.

• The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000, plus performance bonus and extensive benefits.
