Role Description
This role owns CRM integration for all M&A activity. You are responsible for getting acquired businesses successfully onto Gallagher’s CRM platform Salesforce, so producers can sell, report, and get paid accurately as quickly as possible. This is not a general M&A role. It is specifically focused on CRM, Salesforce, data, and sales tool integration across a large and active acquisition portfolio.

Partner closely with M&A, sales leadership, IT, data, legal, and finance

Set clear expectations early, make tradeoffs when needed

Keep integrations moving forward without unnecessary delays or rework

Provide clarity on the overall CRM acquisition portfolio ensuring decisions are made and risks are mitigated efficiently

Act as the CRM decision maker on requirements and change management for the acquired team rollout
Qualifications

10+ years of experience across insurance brokerage, M&A integration, CRM programs, or Salesforce delivery

Hands-on experience leading large, complex Salesforce or CRM integrations

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data migration, integrations, and user adoption

Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and tight timelines

Able to work directly with senior leaders and communicate clearly—no fluff

Experience managing multiple initiatives at once without losing control of the details

Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce or program management certifications are a plus

Experience working in distributed, matrixed teams
Requirements

Own CRM integration for all M&A activity across Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGB) and Gallagher Benefit Solutions (GBS)

Act as the single point of accountability for scope, sequencing, and delivery across dozens of concurrent deals

Work with deal teams early to understand what’s coming, what’s needed, and what’s realistic

Lead planning for data migration, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live cleanup

Make decisions when data isn’t perfect, timelines are tight, or teams are blocked

Track progress across the portfolio and clearly report status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders

Build repeatable approaches so integrations get easier, not harder, over time

Partner with acquired leadership teams to drive adoption of standard Salesforce workflows

Support executive updates and communications with clear, concise messaging
