Role Description
As a Payment Product Manager (Billing squad), you will:
-
Ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and reliability across invoices, credits, and adjustments;

Improve client experience around their invoices and payments by reducing friction, errors, and time to resolution;

Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Support, and Ops to align processes and tools;
-
Enable strategic evolutions such as internationalization, e-invoicing, and product diversification.

Support core processes across several business units and train internal teams on new features;

As a Product Manager, youβll be part of a 100+ people Product organisation, supported by an engineering team of more than 300 people.

Spend an extensive amount of time continuously discovering the users and their pain points;

Define your OKRs and your roadmaps based on insights and the companyβs objectives;

Work hand in hand with a Product Designer and a team of Product-centered engineers.

Qualifications

Experience in Fintech Product Management (working with invoicing flows, payments);

Strong interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder relationships;

Ability to simplify and tackle complex problems;

Hands-on approach and willingness to step outside traditional product roles;

Prior experience in product management at a scale-up or large tech company.
