Role Description

We are currently hiring an experienced On-Call Lead Product Manager to serve as a senior engagement leader in support of our federal government clients.

Join a team of senior consultants and problem-solvers working to champion product thinking in federal IT delivery. Product Managers @ ICF Next are difference-makers. This is a dynamic and visible senior consultant position, capable of wearing different hats and communication styles in different settings depending on the day and context: teammate or leader, collaborator or visionary, listener or coach, business development or delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in a digital product delivery role
• 3+ years direct product management or product strategy experience on an Agile team (e.g. as a product owner or product manager)
• 2+ years experience in a professional consulting role
• 1+ years experience leading virtual workshops that employ human-centered design, design thinking, or generative brainstorming techniques
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, must reside in the United States

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, professional experience on integrated cross-functional Agile teams that include discovery functions such as user research and UX design SMEs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural
