[Hiring] Ocean Elite Solutions Platform Lead @AIT Worldwide Logistics

Role Description

The Ocean Elite Solutions Platform Lead owns and operates the Infor Nexus platform that powers AIT's Ocean Elite Solutions (OES) product, supporting Purchase Order (PO) management, carrier direct operations, or hybrid models. This role is accountable for ensuring the platform runs reliably at scale while enabling efficient, repeatable customer onboarding.

• Acts as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure implementations are executed with speed, consistency, and a high standard of quality.
• Translates business and operational requirements into structured logical mappings that guide EDI development and execution.
• Drives the configuration of the OES platform in alignment with best practices.
• Establishes standardized processes and scalable frameworks that enable consistent delivery.
• Oversees integrations between Infor Nexus, customer systems, and AIT logistics platforms such as CargoWise.
• Maintains a resilient platform, proactively addresses risks, and continuously enhances capabilities.
• Plays a key role in delivering strong customer outcomes while supporting the growth and evolution of the OES product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business, or equivalent work experience (required)
• Master's Degree in Technology, Supply Chain / Logistics, Business (preferred)
• 5+ years managing, configuring, and integrating software platforms (required)
• 3+ years in supply chain management and logistics (required)
• 2+ years Infor Nexus configuration and integration experience, preferably with LSP modules (preferred)
• 2+ years CargoWise configuration, integration, or operations experience (preferred)
• Proficiency managing and configuring complex software platforms
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess requirements and develop logical integration maps
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of EDI and system integration concepts and workflows
• Ability to manage technology solution and service providers to maximize results
• Cross-functional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans

Requirements

• Infor Nexus platform certification and/or training. Associate, Professional, or Expert level certificate from ‘Infor U’ or associated system integrators (preferred)
• Certified CargoWise Operator (CCO), Specialist (CCS), or Professional (CCP) (preferred)
• PMI PMP, ITIL or similar (preferred)
• Certification, training (preferred)
