Role Description

Reinvent how organizations operate, innovate, and grow securely in an AI driven world. Accenture is seeking a security leader to build confidence, resilience, and trust into digital operations. You will define and scale productized security solutions that help organizations manage risk, detect and respond to threats, and strengthen cyber resilience—without the complexity and long timelines of traditional large enterprise programs.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and evolution of a portfolio of productized security solutions on Google Cloud, spanning cloud posture management, threat intelligence, SecOps, zero trust, and managed security services. You will help clients shift from reactive security models to proactive, intelligence led cyber resilience—improving outcomes and accelerating time to value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end to end strategy and roadmap for Cyber Resilience & Cloud Security solutions that help organizations protect their digital core, manage risk, and operate securely at scale.
  • Lead market and client insights across cloud security, SecOps, zero trust, and AI driven security, translating them into differentiated positioning, priority use cases, and roadmap priorities.
  • Serve as a security thought leader and evangelist, shaping perspectives on cyber resilience, cloud security, and AI enabled defense through client engagements, executive briefings, blogs, webinars, and industry forums.
  • Develop the go to market (GTM) strategy and assets for Cloud Security offerings, including messaging, value propositions, product and commercial packaging, launch planning, and coordination with sales, marketing, and alliance teams.
  • Act as a domain SME in cloud security and cyber resilience to support strategic sales pursuits, including opportunity shaping, sales enablement, solution positioning, and proposal development focused on risk reduction and time to value.
  • Track performance against defined KPIs (e.g., adoption, pipeline influence, time to value, service effectiveness, win rate), using insights to continuously enhance the offering and GTM approach.
  • Build strong partnerships with Google Cloud and ecosystem partners to align roadmaps, co-innovate AI-driven security capabilities, and accelerate joint GTM motions.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, or solution ownership roles, preferably within cloud security domains.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Requirements

  • Strategic offering/product planning expertise, including market and competitive analysis, data-driven business cases, and value proposition development to shape vision and roadmap.
  • Strong domain knowledge in cloud security and familiarity with Google Cloud security services (e.g., Google Security Operations/Chronicle SIEM, Mandiant, SCC, SOAR/SecOps; tools such as Wiz), plus working knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Google Cloud AI (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI, agentic SOC use cases).
  • Proven ability to define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies (packaged offers and launches), including creation of sales, enablement, and marketing assets.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global environment—collaborating with cross-functional teams and alliance partners with strong executive communication across regions and time zones.
  • Entrepreneurial, action-oriented mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity—balancing speed with rigor and driving outcomes independently.
  • Strong execution discipline to take ideas from concept to release: translating priorities into a deliverable plan, iterating with feedback, and improving based on outcomes and data.

  • Relevant Google Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
