[Hiring] Market Ready Solutions Lead @Cisco

Role Description

You will join Cisco’s Market Access team, a critical division within the Chief Strategy Office. Our mission is to bring compliant, cloud-based software products to the global market. You will drive strategic launch and sales readiness efforts. Your work will optimize, standardize, and govern processes to accelerate time-to-market and time-to-revenue. This role provides significant exposure within a high-intensity, high-visibility environment.

• Own the investment thesis and business case development for FedRAMP (Moderate/High), DoD IL5/IL6, and equivalent international cloud offerings.
• Translate strategic business objectives into detailed product and market requirements to support Product Management and roadmap planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams to define product features, dependencies, and integrations.
• Develop and validate pricing strategies by articulating security, compliance, and total cost of ownership value propositions.
• Own the creation of executive presentations, customer-facing pitch decks, and GTM frameworks to accelerate Public Sector cloud adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors +8 years of related experience or Masters +6 years of related experience or PhD 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience of FedRAMP (Moderate/High) and DoD Impact Level 5/6 (IL5/IL6) compliance frameworks, authorization processes, and security requirements.
• Experience in product management, solutions marketing, or go-to-market leadership within the technology sector, with a focus on cloud solutions and Public Sector customers.
• Experience launching sophisticated software, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions from the initial concept phase through to market availability.
