[Hiring] Lead Service Integrator (LSI) – Therapy Guidance @GE HealthCare

Role Description

This role is part of the RT software solutions leadership and will be pivotal in developing and deploying world-class service strategy for Radiation Therapy software solutions. The LSI will provide leadership to the cross-functional teams to ensure the relevant service offerings are developed for customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

Qualifications

• Experienced Service Design Leader (5+ yrs) with Bachelor’s degree in STEM Majors.
• Deep technical understanding of software service offerings and life cycle management.
• Proven software service development experience.
• Experience with defining requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability.
• Awareness on complex medical software deployments such as EMR or PACS.
• Understands Medical Device Software Design Principles, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in STEM Majors preferred.
• Previous experience in Radiation Oncology is a plus.
• Awareness with medical device edge computing and interconnectivity technologies including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7 etc.
• Ability to work in a highly independent manner as well as in team, able to contribute collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Cultivate a constructive conflict environment and understand the permanent need of change with the market dynamics.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities and take actions to develop solutions.
