Role Description
The Office of Technology and Digital Services (OTDS) provides Technology services to our internal customers to help support our customers, grow our business, and facilitate efficiencies to keep our employees and their processes successful. The Product Team Department manages the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, acting as a liaison to support product positioning and customer demand. The Product Manager/Owner is responsible for delivering valuable, innovative products to the marketplace in line with the organizationโs strategy, as well as acting as the third level support/expert for any production issues.
Responsibilities:

Support 2 main product teams:

Reporting Product Team:

Understand the need from CRM/Field/Sponsors/Corporate and Finance areas/Actuarial/Legal/Admin Operations, etc.

Work with business representatives to understand and analyze business needs for creating reports from our Qlik System.

Requires business knowledge, reporting expertise, ability to analyze data, and provide clear requirements to the Development teams.

Support troubleshooting in the event of unexpected results.

Regulatory Reporting Product Team:
-
Focus on the delivery of the 5500/8955 and other regulatory reports which are part of an annual process.

Requires some 5500 expertise, ability to analyze data, and provide clear requirements to the Development teams.

Evaluate product functionalities and performance based on regulatory changes or business needs.

Propose enhancements and/or improvements to products based on regulatory changes or business needs.

Stay on top of technology to ensure we support our business needs and continue to support our top goals: Customer retention, commitment to growth, enhancing customer experience.

Draft a feature roadmap based on business needs and continuously update them throughout the year.

Use tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Now, etc.) to measure delivery to our businesses and sponsors.

Generate innovative ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.

Base Salary Range: $113,300 - $170,000
