Role Description

This role involves leading cross-functional projects and managing high-performing teams to drive impactful results.

Owning Cross-Functional Projects with Team Leadership: Lead large, impactful projects, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
Leading and Managing High-Performing Teams: Manage and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to excel and grow.
Driving Data-Informed Decisions and Prioritization: Guide the team in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product-related challenges.
Hands-On Problem Solving and Team Execution: Lead by example, diving into challenges alongside your team.
Root Cause Analysis and Solution Design: Coach the team to identify root causes of complex issues and architect innovative solutions.
Building and Streamlining Operational Processes: Oversee the design and implementation of operational systems and workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product operational roles, with 2+ years managing and scaling high-performing teams.
A proven track record of inspiring, mentoring, and driving accountability within a team.
Ownership Mindset and Collaborative Leadership: Ability to own projects end-to-end while empowering your team.
Exceptional Project Management Skills: Strong experience in managing cross-functional projects.
Data-Driven Decision-Making and Strategic Insight: Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets).
Empathy and User-Centric Thinking: Deep empathy for users and the ability to instill a user-first mindset.
Operational and Process Optimization Expertise: Experience designing and implementing systems and processes.
Technical Knowledge and Problem-Solving Skills: Familiarity with software development processes, with experience in building payroll systems as an advantage.
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Fast-Paced Tech Environment Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic, product-driven tech environment.
