[Hiring] Lead Implementation Specialist, Solutions Architecture @Datacor

Role Description

As a Lead Implementation Specialist on the Solutions Architecture team, you will play a key role in leading and executing all aspects of our client’s software utilization. This will include developing and implementing strategies for implementing best practices across a diverse range of industries. We guide our clients through every stage of their life cycle be it acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, buy-ins, mergers and strategic reviews.

• Serve as point of contact for defining solutions for projects across diverse industries.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes and design ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement ERP Solutions that align with business needs and goals.
• Understand key business drivers and manage key issues and risks through insights, factual conclusions, and advice.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and desired workflows to determine the most effective ways to configure the application.
• Coordinate with the Product and Development teams to ensure accurate implementation of ERP Solutions.
• Troubleshoot gaps that arise during normal flow of business to identify root cause and develop action plans.
• Contribute knowledge to documentation for internal and external development initiatives.
• Provide internal technical training and support to enable team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Prepare technical design documents and specifications for development.
• Prepare configuration documents and specifications for implementation specialists.
• Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or relevant areas; a combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ ERP software utilization as a “super-user”.
• ERP Implementation experience in Food & Beverage space preferred.
• ERP implementation & solutioning experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• SQL Query experience preferred.
• Superb computer literacy with business software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project Management software, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 30% in a calendar year.
