Role Description

The Lead Analyst, Product Innovation drives the application of AI‑enabled, data‑driven capabilities across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization. This role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Python‑based Azure OpenAI solutions, and modern data platforms to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and enable intelligent automation.

The Lead Analyst partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to assess business problems, explore feasibility, build pilots, and evaluate impact. The role requires strong analytical capability, RCM domain fluency, technical proficiency with Python and Azure ecosystem tools, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. This position supports innovation initiatives by defining opportunities, validating data, contributing to AI‑enabled workflows, and shaping solution requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in analytics, data‑driven problem solving, or AI/automation‑focused roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred study areas: Computer Science, Analytics, or related fields.

Requirements

• Applies strong knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows, pain points, and regulatory considerations.
• Identifies viable opportunities for analytics, automation, and LLM‑enabled improvements.
• Uses practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, Python‑based Pilots).
• Builds pilots leveraging Python, Azure OpenAI, SQL, and Azure ecosystem tools.
• Partners with engineering and data teams to validate data, refine requirements, and ensure scalable design.
• Breaks down complex problems, analyzes root causes, and structures analytical approaches.
• Works with operations, product, engineering, and data science teams.
• Synthesizes complex findings into clear insights, summaries, and stakeholder‑ready outputs.
