Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious Junior Product Manager to join our Courier Financial Services team within the Fintech pillar. In this position, you'll play a supportive role in shaping our Courier Payouts products by learning to organize and maintain the product backlog and drive high-quality execution from concept to launch by closely collaborating with engineering and design.

• Partner with senior product leads and stakeholders to understand our vision and translate it into a clear, prioritized list of tasks that deliver real value to our couriers.
• Work side-by-side with Engineering, Design, and QA to move ideas through the product development cycle, ensuring what we launch is high-quality and works as intended.
• Help define and monitor the metrics that matter and identify opportunities to improve product performance through data exploration.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture, helping the team move fast and stay efficient.
• Keep an eye on Fintech trends to help the team identify fresh opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience in product management.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of key metrics, and how to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
• Comfortable in collaborating with engineers and designers to understand and improve our products.
• Solid grasp of Agile basics and focused on helping the team deliver value at a steady pace.
• Hands-on mentality and can-do attitude, structured thinking, and a curious, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work across teams to keep everyone in the loop.
• A genuine passion for the user experience and ensure that empathy for the user is at the heart of every feature you help build.

Compensation

Compensation range: $70,800.00 - $88,500.00. Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
