Role Description

Thomson Reuters is building and launching some of the most ambitious products in the business, including AI-driven tools that are changing how legal work gets done. This role manages the operational engine that drives product launches.

As Innovation Delivery Manager, you are the operational lead of how Legal Professionals launches, releases, and commercializes. You turn strategy into plans that ship and keep various teams aligned and on track.

This is a role for someone who likes to own outcomes, not just report on them. The core is execution, with a front-row seat to growth, AI commercialization, and business-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform launch strategy into detailed, executable plans including timelines, workstreams, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the communication and alignment hub for the innovation leadership group.
• Act as the connective tissue across all functions, holding the whole system accountable to shared clarity and shared deadlines.
• Map dependencies early, sequence the work, and surface risk before it becomes a delay.
• Maintain a live, honest picture of launch status and progress against milestones across all workstreams.
• Own the launch operating rhythm—weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional syncs, readiness reviews.
• Keep every launch readiness component on track and track both completion and quality across teams.
• Drive post-launch stabilization by watching early adoption and gathering feedback.
• Contribute first-pass analysis, research, and dependency mapping on new growth initiatives.
• Support preparation for executive reviews, steering committees, and investment discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience across program management, GTM execution, product commercialization, or operations.
• Proven track record building processes, operating models, or launch frameworks from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Results-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes on time and to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Building a process or operating model where none existed.
• Driving a complex, cross-functional initiative from initial ambiguity through to completion.
• Identifying a significant risk, dependency, or gap early and taking ownership to resolve it.
• Influencing senior or peer stakeholders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, or decisions.
• Crafting an executive communication that clearly surfaced options or implications.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD, based on several factors including knowledge, skills, and experience.
