[Hiring] Head of Rated & Hybrid Insurance Experiences @QuinStreet

Role Description

We’re building a next-generation insurance platform that doesn’t just sell leads, but gives consumers real, bindable rates. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can own this rated journey end-to-end. You’ll drive carrier partnerships, manage performance of our rate displays, and optimize yield between rated flows and traditional leads/calls. Essentially, you’ll run a mini business within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships.
• Oversee performance: Track how rates convert and price them accordingly.
• Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization.
• Work on yield optimization—developing algorithms to maximize profit across different flows.
• Test and scale new media sources into the rated experience funnel.

Qualifications

• You’ve got experience in insurance distribution—ideally a mix of digital lead/call models and rated experiences.
• You think like a GM: You love owning a P&L, building partnerships, and optimizing margins.
• You’re comfortable working cross-functionally—whether it’s biz dev, product, or media.
• You have a knack for turning data into action—whether that’s in pricing, customer journey, or yield.

Requirements

• The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 USD to 175,000 USD annually.
• This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
• The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
• This position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include:

• The amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits)
• Any other tax-reportable benefits
