Role Description
We're looking for an experienced Head of Product Management to lead and expand our suite of products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, loves working across technical and business functions, and knows how to get things done.
Reporting directly into our CTO and Co-Founders, you'll be responsible for setting the product strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to drive results. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Lead and manage the product lifecycle for our suite of products, from strategy to execution
- Work closely with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery
- Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies
- Define key metrics and track performance to ensure ongoing product success
- Actively contribute to the growth of the company by making quick, impactful decisions
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team
Qualifications
- Strong background in both technology and product management - 8+ years experience
- 5+ years experience leading and scaling product teams in a fast-moving environment
- Deep understanding of product marketing and how to position products effectively
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and set clear priorities
- Hands-on approach—comfortable being in the details while also thinking strategically
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
