Role Description

As Head of Product Growth at AIOS, your fundamental role is to engineer word of mouth. I expect us to reach >0.3 30-Day K Factor (our Primary KPI). This is critical work for us to scale from 100k active customers today to 10 million customers by 2030.

  • Lead a small product squad, taking over our existing referral program.
  • Understand and rapidly improve the existing referral program via experiments.
  • Broaden your work to include everything in Product Growth:
    • Incentivized Referral
    • Pull Virality
    • Push Virality
    • UGC
    • Product as Marketing
  • Build a high-performance organization under you to execute this.
  • Report directly to the CEO, Richie.
  • Work mostly async in the timezone of your choice, with some crossover until midday Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer word of mouth growth, measured via 30-Day K Factor.
  • Incentivized Referral: Improve the existing referral program.
  • Pull Virality: Make the product social by default.
  • Push Virality: Turn customers’ offline touchpoints into a billboard for the product.
  • UGC: Activate real customer stories for organic sharing.
  • Product as Marketing: Innovate in the freemium experience.
  • Organic WoM: Trigger delight and tribal affinity among customers.
  • Analytics: Ensure everything is tracked and own the decision on the analytics stack.

KPIs

  • Primary KPI: 30-Day K Factor
    • End of 26Q1 = 0.0835
    • Target = 0.30
    • Base = 0.17
    • Stretch = 0.42
  • Secondary KPI: UK Monthly Net Referral Rate
    • End of 26Q1 = 7.83%
    • Target = 25%
    • Base = 16%
    • Stretch = 30%
  • Tertiary KPIs:
    • Advocate Share: % Net Active Customers who have successfully referred at least once
    • Referral Frequency: Avg # Net Referrals by each Successful Advocate
    • Avg Days to First Referral
    • % New Customers who share the referral link within 1000 seconds of purchase

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product growth in high-growth D2C companies.
  • Clear ownership of referrals & viral loops.
  • No need for healthcare experience.
  • Strong preference for those who enjoy the speed of a high-growth startup.

Requirements

  • Maniacal about metrics and analytics stack.
  • Proactive in crafting experiments with a clear process for generating & prioritizing ideas.
  • Native in growth loops and distribution as a product problem.
  • Comfortable with design principles & wireframing.
  • Sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering.
  • Excellent at leading product from idea to launch.
  • Think in and build out systems.
  • Strategic mindset, ensuring big swings are taken.

  • Technical background mixed with exposure to real-world growth in consumer.
  • Strong team management skills with a focus on A-players.
