[Hiring] Head of Product @EverCommerce

Role Description

Our customers don’t want more software. They want the admin to disappear. AI now makes that possible, and we’re looking for the product leader who will make it real.

Reporting to the General Manager of Invoice Simple, the Head of Product owns the product vision, the product organization and measurable customer and business outcomes. You’ll partner with a GM who brings deep PLG, pricing and growth expertise. Your complementary strength is building exceptional products: turning vision into intuitive, trusted experiences that ship quickly.

This is a builder’s role with a leader’s scope, not roadmap administration. We want a hands-on, AI-native builder who prototypes ideas, makes hard product choices, raises the quality bar and redesigns how a modern product team works. You’ll say “no” more often than “yes,” and deliver on your commitments.

• New bookkeeping and financial management experiences that customers adopt and value.

• Measurable improvements in activation, paid conversion and retention across mobile and web.
• A product team where every PM prototypes with AI, runs their own analysis and ships faster.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or development, including 5+ years leading product managers and owning a meaningful product portfolio.
• Recent, hands-on use of AI-assisted prototyping or coding tools. Be ready to demonstrate something you personally built.
• A track record of shipping consumer, SMB or self-serve SaaS products at scale, with measurable gains in activation, conversion, retention or revenue.
• Experience building and scaling complex, trusted products in payments, fintech, accounting or financial services, strongly preferred.
• Strong mobile product judgment, including iOS or Android UX, subscriptions, app-store distribution and experimentation.
• Proven ability to hire and coach PMs, make difficult trade-offs and consistently deliver with Engineering and Design.

Compensation

Expected base salary range: $240-$270k CAD. Bonus and long-term incentives, where applicable, are in addition to base salary. Final compensation depends on experience, location, skills and internal equity. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Where

This role is based in Canada and may be performed remotely, with occasional travel for team and leadership meetings. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
