Role Description

We’re hiring a Head of Product to lead the product org end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap to the actual craft of building and shipping great products. AI is already being deeply embedded in the product, and we’re working on shipping AI-powered features in production. What we need now is someone who can turn that momentum into a real advantage.

• Own the next generation of AI products at Burq.
• Build products grounded in real operational complexity.
• Push the team’s AI product capabilities forward.
• Lead and grow the product organization.

Qualifications

• You’ve shipped AI products in production.
• You’re deeply hands-on with modern AI-native workflows.
• You can operate in operationally complex environments.
• You have strong product judgment.
• You know how to lead high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, mobility, fulfillment, or other operationally heavy products is a strong plus.
• Ability to raise the bar, give clear direction, and create an environment for talented people to excel.
