[Hiring] Growth Program Manager @OneStream Software

Role Description

The Growth Program Manager will drive cross-functional programs that support revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation. Working with senior leaders and General Managers, the role will coordinate go-to-market activity, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment from planning through launch. Operating with autonomy in a lean team, the Growth Program Manager will own complex transformation programs end-to-end, support AI commercialization initiatives, and contribute to high-priority programs that improve business performance.

• Independently drive execution of large complex transformation initiatives, using sound judgment on prioritization, risk, dependency management, and escalation in partnership with senior business leaders.
• Orchestrate the planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs, ensuring delivery against our multi-product strategy and enabling durable, efficient revenue growth.
• In partnership with business leaders, lead initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams, connecting program activities to measurable business outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve value creation.
• Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches.
• Drive alignment across Commercial Execution Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and partner functions, managing dependencies and surfacing trade-offs between technology, commercialization, and business priorities before they become blockers.
• Facilitate internal and cross-functional "go"/"no go" decisions at key phase transitions, grounded in readiness and value trade-offs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for program stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing decision-ready updates.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to align commercial, AI, and transformation strategy with business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive program visibility through consistent reporting on outcomes, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics, with clear communication to leadership.
• Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to improve execution quality, productivity, and value realization across programs.
• Step into hands-on project execution — requirements gathering, detailed planning, task tracking — when a program's success depends on it, without losing sight of the outcome it serves.
• Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously.

Requirements

• Business transformation and change management expertise.
• Both business and technical project management experience.
• Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to independently own and lead large, ambiguous, high-stakes programs, exercising sound judgment absent senior program management oversight.
• Understanding of value realization and benefits tracking, with the ability to connect program execution to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, time management, and ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Growth and GTM acumen with a focus on driving revenue and adoption.
• Solutions-oriented, analytical, and evaluative approach to solving complex challenges.
• Passion for driving and implementing process improvements.
