[Hiring] Growth Product Manager @Rebrandly

Role Description

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work with the Growth Product Feature team. We have a large self-serve business with a traditional product-led growth motion.

• Own PLG motion end to end: getting new signups to the point where the product is genuinely useful to them, turning that into paid, and spotting the accounts that have outgrown self-serve.
• Focus on self-serve conversion growth (signup → activated → paid).
• New self-serve MRR is the business outcome; conversion is what you're accountable for moving.

Compensation: $150k - $180k (if in USA)

Location: Remote, USA (East Coast time zone strongly preferred), Ireland, Canada (non-Quebec)

What you'd work on first

• Focus on Activation and Signups, turning into engaged users, turning into customers.
• Finding the accounts worth a conversation with sales.

How we'd want you to work

• Gather your own data using our strong foundation across data warehouse, Metabase, Mixpanel, and MCPs.
• Navigate the data fluently without a lot of support.
• Think big, validate fast: test bold ideas quickly to get real signals.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization of what will create conversion activity and drive real revenue for the business.
• Stay close to real users through replays, support tickets, and conversations.

What you need

• 3-5 years of experience supporting a PLG/self-service product where you owned the success of conversion to paid.
• 3–5 years across product and growth work in a SaaS company, with a track record of genuinely new ideas.
• Fluency in website, demand-generation, and product-marketing launch practices.
• Ability to write upgrade prompts, value messaging, and pricing copy.
• Comfort with product analytics and data manipulation; SQL fluency is a nice-to-have.
• Willingness to work in revenue numbers as well as product events.

What you don't need

• Paid or SEO expertise; that sits with our marketing team.
• Data modeling or dbt; you'll query the warehouse, not build it.
• Management experience; this is an individual contributor role for the foreseeable future.
