[Hiring] Group Product Manager @ServiceTitan

Role Description

Ready to be a Titan? At ServiceTitan, we're building the agentic operating system for the trades. We're looking for a Group PM to lead a team of PMs in executing our agentic onboarding strategy at scale and to shape its next phases based on what we learn.

• Lead execution of our agentic onboarding strategy across new and existing customers
• Drive agentic success: insights, health monitoring and recommendations that move customers to full use of what they bought
• Own support resolution, helping customers solve day-to-day issues through the agent instead of a ticket
• Use results from the field to shape the next phases of the strategy
• Hire, coach and grow a team of PMs
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, the Agent Platform team and post-sales teams
• Rally the domain teams whose products customers set up during onboarding, with clear owners and shared tracking
• Define and track metrics for time to value, product utilization, support resolution and churn

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including managing PMs
• Track record of executing complex, multi-team strategies to measurable results
• Experience improving onboarding, activation or time to value in B2B SaaS
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic products, with fluency in evaluation and data science tradeoffs
• Comfort partnering closely with operations, implementation, support and customer success teams
• Clear executive communication, with the judgment to make calls under ambiguity
• Vertical SaaS or field service experience a plus

Benefits

• Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work
• Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities
• Comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events
• Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more
• Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (with 100% employer paid options and 90% coverage for dependents)
• FSA and HSA, 401k match, and telehealth options including memberships to One Medical
• Parental leave and support, up to $20k in fertility services (i.e. IUI and IVF), surrogacy, and adoption reimbursement
• On demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk
• Pet insurance, legal advisory services, financial planning tools, and more
