[Hiring] Group Product Manager @Pearl

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to drive product strategy, growth, and execution across a portfolio of products. You’ll turn customer insights, data, and business opportunities into high-impact strategies and measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for a leader with strong B2C product expertise, business acumen, data-driven thinking, cross-functional influence, and people leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, and data.
• Own products from discovery through launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Drive execution, remove blockers, and manage key product and business trade-offs.
• Use data, analytics, customer insights, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Drive improvements in growth, conversion, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, UX, Analytics, and Business teams.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, fostering accountability and empowerment.
• Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, and emerging technologies to create customer and business value.
• Collaborate effectively with global and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience, including 7–8+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience owning and scaling B2C products, platforms, or portfolios.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization, and business impact.
• 5+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, experimentation, metrics, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
• Experience in customer acquisition, growth, conversion funnels, or other data-driven B2C products is a plus.
• Practical experience with AI/GenAI, automation, or emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with global/distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Acquisition, Growth, Conversion Funnels, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with PPC, SEO, Brand, or Affiliate products/channels.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance products, workflows, or decision-making.
