Role Description
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to develop and oversee our lifecycle growth team. The GPM will oversee a team of 3-4 additional PMs, each oriented to a different part of the consumer lifecycle (new consumers, early life consumers, active consumers, churned consumers) with the goal of creating engaging experiences that help customers find value in Instacart. The GPM/team will be supported by engineering, design, data science, and marketing resources, as well as a large budget for testing of discounts and promotions.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate your team’s experience ideas.
- Inspecting the team’s experimentation plans.
- Troubleshoot execution with marketing, design, and engineering.
- Create a “test, analyze, and iterate” operating model within the team.
- Maintain a portfolio and drumbeat of experimentation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management or similar experience.
- Team management experience (direct or indirect).
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong XFN communication skills.
- Strong ability to generate insights from data.
- Ability to inspect proposed consumer experiences using intuition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a growth-oriented role, envisioning or evaluating consumer-facing experiences.
