Role Description

The Director, Global Marketing and Product Management leads and develops a high performing Product Management and Downstream Marketing organization while driving portfolio strategy, commercialization, and business growth across the Life Science portfolio. This role partners closely with Commercial, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Customer Experience teams to align customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Portfolio optimization

Success is measured through talent development, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management and downstream marketing within life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or adjacent regulated markets
• Proven people leader with experience managing teams in product management and/or downstream marketing
• Demonstrated success owning product commercialization, go-to-market execution, and lifecycle performance
• Strong experience using digital marketing and demand generation to drive measurable commercial outcomes
• Ability to simplify complex technical offerings into compelling, differentiated customer value
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and accountability
• Travel: 25%

Requirements

• Experience in IVD, diagnostics, OEM life sciences, or B2B scientific markets
• Experience leading global or multi-region portfolios
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and performance analytics platforms
• Track record of launching new products that materially impacted growth
• Strong financial and business acumen, including pricing, forecasting, profitability analysis, and portfolio management
