Role Description

As our Director Product Development (or Sr. Product Development Manager, based on experience), you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and execution of insurance products and business capabilities, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently. This role bridges the gap between product development and its operational delivery, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across multiple cross-functional teams within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field within the insurance industry is required.
• Experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including product development and operational processes, is essential.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and facilitate collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues that may arise during implementation.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits

• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
• Sr. Product Development Manager: $112,000 - $151,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Director Product Development: $138,500 - $187,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
