Role Description
TruBridge is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Patient Care EHR Team. We are seeking an individual who possesses knowledge of data and analytics ecosystem, along with technologies required to support it. The Product Owner- Data Analytics guides and manages the lifecycle of analytics product(s) and its feature enhancements.
- Develop product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements.
- Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
- Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products.
- Introduce products to the market.
- Set the strategic direction for Analytics products.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the business needs and shape the vision and roadmap for data-driven initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage the development of data analytics products by working with data teams and engineers.
- Drive adoption of data products and advocate using data to make smarter decisions.
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and improvements based on data insights.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming, prioritizing data-related tasks based on business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
