The Clinical Product Consultant partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Sales, and Services to ensure solutions align with customer needs, market trends, clinical standards, and competitive expectations.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the clinical and workflow domain expert for Cardiology CPACS and CVIS product solutions, supporting both invasive and non-invasive Cardiovascular and ECG workflows.
  • Stay current with the latest cardiology trends, clinical guidelines, industry standards, and emerging technologies, and translate insights into actionable product input.
  • Support product discovery, planning, and roadmap activities by providing clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Support execution and delivery phases by reviewing designs, validating workflows, and advising on clinically appropriate and efficient solutions.
  • Perform clinical evaluation and validation of new and existing capabilities to ensure accuracy, usability, and real-world clinical relevance.
  • Provide clinical support and guidance for regulatory and compliance processes, including clinical input for documentation, validation activities, audits, pre and post market risk assessments, and regulatory submissions.
  • Serve as the clinical focal point during customer implementation phases, guiding workflow definition, configuration decisions, and professional services best practices.
  • Define and promote best-practice clinical workflows and configuration guidance to drive adoption, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Provide clinical input to issue resolution and escalations, supporting product and engineering teams in addressing workflow or clinical logic challenges.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cardiology and hands-on knowledge of invasive and/or non-invasive cardiovascular workflows within a US Healthcare System.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, technical teams, and operational leaders, to drive workflow optimization and solution adoption.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in applying clinical expertise to product development, workflow design, and clinical system evaluation.
  • Demonstrated decision-making mindset, with the ability to evaluate clinical tradeoffs, balance competing priorities, and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations in a product context.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with evolving cardiology practices, guidelines, and industry standards, and apply this knowledge in a product context.
  • Proven solid ability to learn quickly and independently, adapting to new technologies, workflows, and clinical domains.
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate clinical concepts to product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
  • Proven passion for improving patient care, clinical workflows, and operational efficiency through technology.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Incentive and recognition programs.
  • Equity stock purchase.
