Role Description

Clean Health Group (CHG) is searching for an experienced, hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead the next phase of our global growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage IT or optimise legacy systems. This is a frontline leadership position for a commercial operator who thrives on building scalable platforms, deploying automation, and driving real impact across the business.

If you have a proven track record of linking technology to margin expansion, revenue growth, and operational scale, we want you leading our technology function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior technology roles (CTO, Head of Tech, VP Engineering)
• Proven ability to link technology to revenue, margin, and growth
• Experience in AI/automation, system architecture, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Clear communicator with a bias for action and delivering measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of CHG’s technology strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Your mandate is simple: Build a technology function that directly drives EBITDA, scale, and enterprise value.
• You will lead a team across engineering, IT, and AI/automation, with responsibility for:
• Designing a scalable, acquisition-grade platform
• Deploying AI and automation across the business
• Enabling international expansion
• Driving measurable improvements in margin, efficiency, and revenue
