Role Description

Lead the brand strategy to drive short- and long-term profitable growth by developing and executing effective marketing plans, leveraging consumer and market insights to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness.

• Define and manage brand strategy(ies) to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop, lead, and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital strategy, ensuring effective budget allocation.
• Design and deliver distinctive communication across the full consumer funnel to drive brand growth.
• Initiate and manage market research projects to generate strong consumer and customer insights.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade teams to identify opportunities, and develop loyalty strategies and consumer promotions.
• Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Trade, Supply).
• Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in OTC or food supplements.
• Preferably experienced in nutraceuticals & dermocosmetics with knowledge of complex regulatory environments.
