Role Description

We're looking for an organized and proactive Change Management & Innovation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and evolving our product portfolio across Czechia and Slovakia. This could be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of innovation, project coordination, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive portfolio changes from concept to implementation
• Lead the end-to-end change management process for product, packaging, supplier, and specification changes.
• Coordinate approvals, documentation updates, and implementation activities across multiple functions.
• Ensure changes are delivered on time while minimizing operational risks and supply disruptions.
• Support innovation and new product launches
• Coordinate innovation projects and product launches through established business processes.
• Build project plans, define milestones, identify dependencies, and keep activities on track.
• Bring together cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Spot opportunities for growth
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities within the product portfolio.
• Contribute to the development and successful introduction of new products aligned with commercial priorities.
• Connect people and processes
• Partner closely with colleagues across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Procurement, and other teams.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout implementation.
• Improve the way we work
• Continuously evaluate existing change and innovation processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and enhance efficiency across projects and workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing - project coordination, innovation management, product management, change management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• University degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and confidence navigating complex challenges.
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak + English.
• Experience working with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
