Role Description

We are seeking a commercially exceptional CEO and co-founder to build the category-defining AI platform for recovery. This leader will take Cure from company formation through initial product-market validation and seed financing:

• Define the market wedge.
• Secure lighthouse design partners.
• Shape the product with customers.
• Recruit the founding team.
• Establish the foundations for rapid enterprise adoption across regulated industries.

This is a hands-on company-building role for a leader who sees recovery not as a collections workflow, but as a high-stakes customer-engagement problem ready to be rebuilt around intelligent agents. The right candidate will combine enterprise AI ambition, consumer-finance intuition, product judgment, and commercial credibility with the speed and conviction to create a new category.
