[Hiring] Business Analyst - Enterprise Blockchain Platform @EPAM

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong product management skills to drive requirements analysis, product strategy, and stakeholder alignment for an enterprise blockchain platform delivering stablecoin, wallet, and crypto-acquiring solutions. You'll act as both business analyst and product owner, ensuring cohesive development across three interconnected tracks while understanding blockchain user behaviors and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and product ownership activities including requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation across Blockchain & Stablecoin, Custodial Wallet, and Crypto-Acquiring tracks.
• Act as Scrum Master for the development team, supporting agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
• Drive product strategy and user experience design for digital asset tokenization, stablecoin lifecycle management, and crypto-acquiring workflows.
• Design user flows and UX/UI concepts for wallet solutions (custodial, multisig, MPC) and payment/acquiring processes, including merchant onboarding, with understanding of custody models and business implications.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and identify blockchain industry best practices and user behavior patterns.
• Support solution design discussions with strong understanding of tokenization, DLT architecture approaches, and account abstraction concepts.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and support timely resolution.
• Ensure the team remains aligned with project goals, scope, and delivery timelines across all three tracks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, conduct workshops, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure regulatory awareness for KYC/AML, PSD2, and GDPR requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of specialists working on Java backend, blockchain, and integration components.
• Support delivery of a comprehensive blockchain platform from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Consultant with a strong product management background in fintech, banking, or blockchain projects.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, tokenization, DLT architecture patterns, and crypto user behaviors.
• Knowledge of different wallet architectures: custodial, multisig, MPC solutions, and emerging account abstraction patterns.
• Experience with payment processing, acquiring systems, and digital payment methods.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain industry best practices, user flow patterns, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis, competitor research, and product strategy development.
• Experience facilitating workshops, creating presentations, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business problems.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
