[Hiring] Associate Product Manager @Halo Media

Role Description

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to champion the digital Guest experience and support the ongoing delivery and maintenance of enterprise digital products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and service integration align with the strategic digital vision.

• Champion the Digital Experience: Advocate on the Guest's behalf and work diligently to build an outstanding digital experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Product Strategy Execution: Support the delivery and ongoing maintenance of digital product strategy for user and customer-facing experiences.
• Backlog & Requirement Translation: Assist with translating digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements, backlog items, acceptance criteria, and test cases via Jira.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle, partnering with design and technology teams.
• Go-To-Market & Maintenance: Support go-to-market execution, including product build, content configuration, media asset deployment, and on-call collaboration to ensure uptime and smooth launches.
• Troubleshooting & Triage: Triage and troubleshoot technical, user, and business issues within enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), engaging engineering teams directly on production fixes.
• Operations & Critical Thinking: Manage intake processes across business units while applying critical thinking to flag experience bugs, prevent content leaks, and push back constructively when requests do not make operational sense.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience working in the online/digital industry.
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools (ideally experience with DScribe).
• Experience working with tools, systems, and processes that support go-to-market delivery, triage of content, data configuration, and service integration.
• Ability to provide overall coordination across multiple teams while working collaboratively to deliver with quality and on time.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English, with project leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases.
• Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English Level.

Requirements

• Preferred: Experience with iOS / Android mobile application release processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
