[Hiring] Associate Product Manager @Elephant Insurance

Role Description

Are you a recent graduate with a business degree and a knack for analytical thinking? Elephant Insurance is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our Pricing Department as an Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will help shape and enhance our core insurance product, collaborating directly with project management and other cross-functional teams, including operations and IT, to ensure our offerings continue to meet market needs and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Leverage business analytics and cost-benefit analyses to drive decisions.
• Manage backlogs and roadmaps, collaborating with project management, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
• Define and launch new features, tracking their impact using relevant performance metrics.
• Champion the voice of the customer and share insights to contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts or tools.
• Experience or comfort using modern productivity and AI tools with sound critical judgment.
• Ability to thoughtfully interpret, question, and apply insights from Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and business cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
• Analytical mindset and openness to learning in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
• Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and achieving results.
