[Hiring] Associate Director/Director, Oncology Algorithm & Data Products @Natera

Role Description

We are seeking a product leader to drive the development of oncology diagnostic algorithms and data products powered by next-generation sequencing and large-scale clinico-genomic datasets. This role will focus on identifying high-value product opportunities and leading the development of algorithm-driven solutions that support cancer detection, disease monitoring, biomarker discovery, and drug development. The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience in oncology diagnostics or genomics, with the ability to translate complex scientific and data capabilities into clinically meaningful and commercially successful products. This leader will work closely with bioinformatics, data science, clinical, and commercial teams to guide products from concept through validation and commercialization, helping expand Natera’s impact across precision oncology and biopharma partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in oncology diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences
• Demonstrated experience leading products from concept through launch and on-market management
• Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics, biomarker development, or genomic testing workflows
• Experience working with large genomic, clinical, or real-world datasets to inform product development
• Experience partnering with data science or bioinformatics teams to develop algorithm-driven products
