Role Description

Auto Product Management & Execution is moving through significant change across Win Now and Frontier. We are seeking a Governance & Operations Leader to own governance, operating rhythm support, content management, coordination, department meetings, offsites, and communications that keep leaders and teams connected.

The Governance & Operations Leader designs and runs practical forums and communication mechanisms so the right conversations happen, decision-quality content is ready, responsibilities are clear, and commitments move forward. The role creates organizational clarity and follow-through—not administrative support. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, content ownership, facilitation, and coordination skills and can create simple, repeatable ways of working that improve how the organization operates.

• Own governance and operating rhythm support for recurring leadership, department, and planning forums.
• Own preparation, organization, coordination, and content management for recurring leadership, governance, department, and planning forums.
• Shape agendas, pre-reads, narratives, decision materials, and follow-up communications so each forum drives clear outcomes.
• Coordinate department meetings, offsites, leadership working sessions, and planning events from purpose through follow-through.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and commitments through closure.
• Own communication cadence and ensure messages are clear, timely, consistent, and audience appropriate.
• Support role clarity, documentation, and organizational communications that help teams understand priorities, decisions, and responsibilities.
• Create practical templates and routines that improve organizational effectiveness without adding bureaucracy.
• Partner with People Leader and role leaders to connect governance, communications, and operating rhythms to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years, typically 8 years or more of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree beneficial.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
• Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects preferred.
