[Hiring] Apprentice - IT Product Management @Fortrea

Role Description

Exciting opportunity to be part of the Fortrea India Apprentice Program!

• Support meaningful assignments that complement an education in STEM+ Business and Healthcare disciplines.
• Participate in and execute entry-level department functions in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with global colleagues from Marketing and Commercial on initiatives in the life sciences sector.
• Manage IT Products used by Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Support AI projects within the Product Management team, from Discovery (User requirements) through Development (Agile/Vendors) to Deployment (Azure DevOps).
• Participate in remote work during second shift hours (2–11 PM IST).
• Assist in project documentation and reporting as required.
• Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprentice program.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Some exposure to life sciences is desirable.
• Motivated problem-solver and creative thinker.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business/discuss complex areas.
• Strong interest in AI and healthcare innovation in the development of no-code tools based on MS Copilot.
• Fascination with Agile Ways of Working, preferably with current or upcoming certification.
• Practical knowledge of Azure technologies, including but not limited to, Power Platform and Azure DevOps.
• General understanding of IT tools used in Marketing (websites, marketing automation) and Sales (CRM).
