Role Description

• Must-Haves:
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Candidates without a Master's may be considered if they bring 10+ years of management experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Administrative Services, Healthcare or Human Services.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide operational functions.
• Experience reporting into executive operational leadership (CAO, COO, SVP Operations or equivalent).
• Strong strategic thinking with an enterprise mindset rather than a departmental perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience managing multiple executive stakeholders across complex organizations.
• Strong project management mindset, including process mapping, project charters, milestones and operational planning.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Experience with emergency preparedness, safety planning or business continuity.
• Strong operational assessment skills, including identifying current state, risks, gaps and future recommendations.
• Experience building governance, policies, operational standards and scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and present solution options rather than simply escalating problems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Visio and Copilot).
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in large healthcare systems.
• Experience in large pharmaceutical, biotechnology or global healthcare organizations.
• Experience within highly regulated environments.
• International or global corporate experience.
• Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting organizations with 50+ operational sites.
• Previous responsibility for centralized shared services.
• Experience transitioning operational models (example: fleet management transformation, vendor transitions, centralized services).
• Healthcare operations background with cross-functional leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience with enterprise-wide operations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
