Role Description

Enroll365 is seeking a Seasonal Operations Intern to provide administrative and operational support during our busiest season. This position will assist with survey administration, project support, data management, research, and other operational tasks that help our teams stay focused on higher-priority work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take on a wide variety of assignments. This role is designed to provide hands-on business experience while supporting critical projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with survey projects, including data collection, tracking, follow-up activities, and completion monitoring.
• Help manage and complete large volumes of administrative and operational work.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and internal databases.
• Conduct basic research and information gathering for various projects.
• Assist teams with project-oriented tasks and follow-up activities.
• Provide support wherever additional resources are needed during peak workload periods.
• Complete special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Prior administrative, customer service, internship, or office experience (preferred).
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams (preferred).
• Interest in business operations, healthcare, technology, or project management (preferred).
