[Hiring] Replenishment Analyst @STELLAR INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY

Role Description

The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory and replenishment activities through inventory analysis, implementing strategic decisions, and providing ordering support. This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage inventory levels, analyze product usage, and ensure products are available to meet service level expectations.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, organization, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting Stellar's inventory management processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inventory Analysis & Replenishment
  • Analyze product usage reports to manage inventory levels according to defined inventory metrics and established service level expectations.
  • Coordinate replenishment and ordering activities across multiple product categories for new and existing customers.
  • Place replenishment orders based on inventory analysis and demand requirements.
  • Analyze distribution center inventory levels to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain a healthy supply chain that performs in the best interest of our customers and Stellar.
• Customer & Supplier Support
  • Proactively resolve supply chain issues to help ensure customers receive the products they need when they need them.
  • Follow established processes to deliver consistent replenishment support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Commercial, Accounts Payable, Site Support, and other internal stakeholders to support replenishment activities.
  • Participate in team and company projects that improve operational efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing learning of Stellar products, services, and processes through scheduled training and self-directed learning.

  • Maintain confidentiality while working with customer, supplier, and company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
• Experience working in inventory management, replenishment, industrial distribution, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using ERP or other business software preferred.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation.

• Work Environment:
  • Primarily performed in a remote work environment.
  • Frequent collaboration with Sourcing, Commercial, Accounts Payable, Site Support, suppliers, customers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Regular use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and business software.
  • Fast-paced environment requiring organization, analytical thinking, and effective prioritization.
  • Must follow all company policies related to inventory management, confidentiality, information security, and workplace safety.
