Role Description

The Process Manager for Operations Strategy & Optimization is responsible for defining, enabling, and continuously improving operational service delivery. This role partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Implementation, Training, and Leadership teams to align on scalable service solutions, optimize processes, support operational readiness, and drives initiatives to improve consistency, productivity, performance, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a consultative, strategic thinker who can translate business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable operational solutions.

As a Process Manager, Operations Strategy & Optimization, you will:

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes that align with business objectives and best practices
• Partner with operations to identify servicing needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Provide recommendations and future-state solutions that align operational capabilities with business needs
• Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes
• Support the successful implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and service model changes
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to support operational readiness for technology initiatives
• Support testing, adoption planning, communication, training support, and post-implementation stabilization activities
• Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational improvement programs

Qualifications

• Prior corporate travel experience
• Experience in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management
• Experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services
• Knowledge of GDS Amadeus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
