The Process Manager will manage an organization's lean business process initiatives, focusing on business process and execution workflow. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing procedures to analyze workflows and appropriate use of technology.
• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or waste.
• Researching and employing lean methodologies to improve operations and processes.
• Monitoring the progress of lean initiatives against plan objectives.
• Evaluating the impacts of lean principles against costs, production quality, and delivery goals.

Requirements

• Property industry work experience with progressive career growth.
• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in a STEM Field.
• 2 years’ experience in process management development field.
