Role Description

As a Paid Leave Associate Claim Examiner, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers during some of the most important moments of their lives. You will manage a caseload of state paid leave and absence claims, applying sound judgment, analytical expertise, and empathy to deliver optimal claims handling and timely, accurate decisions.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience managing Short Term Disability, Paid Leave, and/or Absence claims (preferred).
• Previous knowledge of claim and risk management, including contract interpretation and administration (preferred).
• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
