[Hiring] Order Management Specialist, Audit @Motive

Role Description

As an Order Management Specialist, Audit, you will help ensure our quote-to-cash processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable by:

• Reviewing accounts
• Resolving system and billing issues
• Supporting audit workflows that impact downstream business outcomes

This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working across systems and teams to solve moderately complex operational issues.

You will report into Alexander Shaw (Manager, Order Management Audit) and work closely with cross-functional partners to:

• Improve process quality
• Support efficient order and account handling
• Contribute to a high-performing remote operations environment

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate with 6 Months - 1 year of experience in order management, audit, finance operations, billing operations, or a related business function
• A background in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Solid understanding of billing flows, account analysis, or recurring contract structures
• Working knowledge of CRM or business systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to learn tools such as Zuora quickly
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Judgment to solve issues independently and escalate when appropriate

Requirements

• Support Sales and Fulfillment teams through the quote-to-cash process
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues using systems such as Salesforce and Zuora
• Review billing accounts and audit records to identify discrepancies
• Validate data accuracy and recommend appropriate escalation when needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve casework and improve operational workflows
• Communicate status, issues, and findings clearly to stakeholders
