Role Description

As an Operations Support Supervisor, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. • Manage clients’ needs and concerns through on/off-site meetings
• Direct reports under you are project coordinators/ops support coordinators
• Research and develop new projects and feasibility studies
• Develop and maintain Job progress reporting for internal and external customers
• Understand Telecom industry core business paths and support Management as a Subject Matter Expert
• Assist with reporting and schedule monitoring of all assigned projects

Qualifications

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You have the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• You can read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
• Comcast experience, preferred
• You have proven strong analytic/problem-solving skills
• You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills and have sales experience related to construction projects
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office products (with an emphasis on Excel)

Requirements

• Compensation of $75,000-$81,000 annually, depending on the experience.
