Role Description

The Operations Support Senior Analyst is a key contributor to Front-End (FE) Operations, providing timely visibility, analytical insight, and operational support for assigned projects, therapies, and business initiatives. This role develops transparent methods for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), owns function- and therapy-level performance reporting, and partners with operations leadership to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Coram business objectives by driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the patient experience. Serving as a central point of contact for cross-functional projects and operational challenges, this position helps ensure efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, operational analytics, or a related field

• Required - High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred - Bachelor Degree
