Role Description

We're seeking Operations Staff to maintain the electronic suspense log and produce the weekly summary to each government director by the first business day of the week. You'll respond to administrative inquiries, refer technical matters to the government subject matter expert, screen correspondence for clarity and completeness within three business days, maintain rosters and distribution inventories, and provide document production and formatting support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of directly relevant senior experience
• Relevant senior certification in the advisory discipline
• Recognized authority in one of: disability evaluation policy; military medicine and medical boards; Department of Veterans Affairs integration and caregiver programs; research methods and biostatistics; records and information governance
• Experience providing independent review of analytic or policy products prior to release
• Availability for quarterly review boards and on-call response within three business days

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• DoD or Military Health System administrative experience
• Experience maintaining rosters and distribution inventories
• Experience providing virtual meeting and document production support
• Familiarity with DoD correspondence standards

• Reliable and precise with recurring administrative deadlines
• Comfortable triaging inquiries and knowing when to refer to a subject matter expert
• Careful correspondence screener within a fixed turnaround
• Organized custodian of rosters, distribution lists, and documentation

Compensation & Status

• Status: Contingency – This work is contingent upon award.
• Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
