[Hiring] Operations Specialist @Stranger Soccer

Role Description

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the City Manager and a small team to manage day to day operations for an assigned operating region, focused on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-oriented team player!

Qualifications

• Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for customer service
• Friendly positive attitude and team player
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
• Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
• Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
• Hospitality experience a PLUS
• Franchise Development or Support experience a PLUS

Requirements

• Position is fully remote/virtual (e.g., based in the Philippines).
• Working hours will align with the operational timezone of the assigned region.
